Cancellation and Exchange -

At Wahijab, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Order cancellation requests are accepted only before the order has been shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
If you wish to cancel your order before shipping, please contact our support team with your order details as soon as possible.

We want you to have a pleasant shopping experience with Wahijab.

Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags intact.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product and receiving the replacement item.

Exchange is not available for sale items, discounted items, or customized products.

At this time, Wahijab does not offer refunds for purchased products.
Eligible products can only be exchanged according to our exchange policy.

Additional Terms

Shipping costs for exchanges must be paid by the customer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Wahijab reserves the right to decline an exchange request if the returned product does not meet the required conditions.
